Worried a martial art could make a child more aggressive?
In Capoeira, a kick is meant to be answered, not landed. Kids learn escapes before attacks, and control before power. The goal is a game with a partner, not a fight.
Holds back from trying something new?
Every movement is broken into small steps a child can actually do. Confidence comes from doing something this week they couldn't do last week.
Wondering how they'd handle a push or a conflict?
Capoeira's defense is built on moving out of the way, not blocking or hitting back. Kids practice awareness, distance, and reading what the other person is about to do.
Reaching for a screen whenever they're bored?
A class means moving in every direction, with music and other kids. It's not a lecture about screens, just something more interesting to do with their body.

Is it really free?
Yes. One week of Capoeira classes at no cost, only for ADAPT members. No payment is needed to claim it.
Does my child need experience?
No. Classes are divided by age group and every child learns at the right level.
What activates the free week?
Booking the first class before Sunday at 12 PM (Miami time). Registering alone does not qualify, so book right after you register.
When does the offer end?
Sunday at 12 PM (Miami time), or when the 10 kids/teen spots are booked, whichever comes first. A first class booked after that doesn't qualify.
What should they wear?
Comfortable clothes they can move in. No equipment needed.
What happens after the free week?
If they love it, we'll walk you through how to continue. No pressure. The decision is yours.
